We’re a design studio with the vision of empowering designers to put their best work forward, while being financially compensated at a respectable rate. With the recent development of template websites and AI, we continue to put value in real, human-made concepts and artwork.

Not only are we a group of senior and director level designers, but we also built our previous design department from the ground up at a 7-figure merchandising company. Being a talented designer is one thing, but creating department protocols, managing projects internally/externally, and executing the full design lifecycle at a high level is what we excel at to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

We founded our company in Los Angeles, California where we all worked together for many years. Over the years, we have established our roots around the globe with presence in the UK, Turkiye, and Japan, allowing us to work between multiple timezones so that we can turnaround projects extremely quickly if needed.

Our design service pricing has been carefully crafted to only charge for the exact services that you need. Many studios will package a bunch of services that you don’t need into an invoice, but we created our own process for full transparency. This way you can keep your budget in check while we work on your project.

Depending on the project, this can vary anywhere from 1 business day to 2-3 weeks. With any project, it depends on the scope so it’ll be best if we talk about the project to get you an accurate timeline for you.

There is no minimum budget or project size. We’ve worked with clients of all sizes ranging from big corporations to small artists who want to launch their first clothing drop. We want to make professional design services accessible for everyone no matter how big or small you are.

We may use AI to help with certain tasks such as generative fill, removing backgrounds, or early conceptualizing on mockups. We will disclose if AI is used in the process (if requested), but typically all of our designs are made by us from scratch.

Public Service specializes in many different design categories. With over 10 years of working at a white-label apparel merchandising company, we’ve done anything from designing 15-piece collections for music festivals to creating marketing assets and signage for stadium shows. We specialize in branding, logo design, apparel graphics, but our skillsets are not limited to only a certain category. We also have a network of artists that we can count on if there is anything specialized that needs to get done.

With our transparent pay-as-you-go model, you can have as many revisions as you like. It could be as little as zero revisions if you’re happy with the progression and feel the project is complete.

Typically all project files will be exported in the form of scaled .PNG (300 DPI) graphics or vector files in .PDF or .AI document. We will provide the final artwork in an artboard so you can use it for any production application in the future. For apparel and product design, we will provide industry standard production ready tech packs with color callouts and production notes, if requested.

Yes, we are capable of designing and producing your merchandise/apparel. Since we design with the intention of products being made, we ensure that all the specs, sizing, and other nuances are properly addressed for production.

The minimum MOQ for printables (domestically produced in US) will start at 72 pieces, while custom products that require oversea production will start at 100 pieces.

We have access to all premium blank accounts such as As Colour, Cotton Collective, LA Apparel, MADE, etc. With over 10 years of producing apparel, we have healthy relationships with all of our vendors.

This will vary from product to product. Sampling can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, and production can take 2-6 weeks after the sample is approved and deposit is received.

You own the rights to the final designs once a project is complete. We will release all the final files as one piece (non-layered) unless separated layers are requested for a specific product request. We reserve the rights to freely showcase your project on any of our channels. If a full rights buy out is requested, we can accommodate your needs. Many companies will have an NDA agreement, which we are happy to review and sign as long as it aligns with us.
